How do I place an order?
You can order in two ways:
1. Collection Pieces (Ready-to-Wear)
Clients may order any collection piece directly from our website.
Please use our size chart to select your correct size, as all pieces are cut and sewn in-house specifically for you once your order is placed.
Production time: 10–15 business days.
If you need your gown sooner, please call us before ordering.
2. Bespoke / Custom Orders
A consultation is required for all bespoke gowns and custom designs.
During your appointment, we discuss silhouette, fabrics, details, pricing, and timelines.
A retainer is required to begin all bespoke work.
What is your return policy?
All bespoke, made-to-measure, and custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
All off-rack and sample sale gowns are sold as-is and are final sale.
Once any gown leaves the studio, it is considered accepted.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping varies by destination and carrier.

Please note that production time (10–15 business days on collection pieces) is separate from shipping time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will appear at checkout.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes.
For bespoke/custom gowns, orders placed within 6 weeks of the event date require a 20% rush fee.
For collection pieces, please call us before ordering to confirm availability.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept:

Full payment is required before production begins.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of booking.
After 48 hours, all bespoke/custom orders are final.
How many fittings will I need?
Most gowns require 2–3 fittings, depending on the design.
All fittings must be scheduled in advance.
What if my body changes after measurements are taken?
Salva Atelier is not responsible for changes to the client’s body, shape, or size after measurements are taken.
Do you offer alterations?
Yes. Alterations are billed separately.
For ready-to-wear/collection gowns, the full balance must be paid before alterations begin.
How are orders produced?
All gowns are cut and sewn in-house by our atelier team.
Every piece is handcrafted to order to ensure a high level of quality and fit.
Can I pick up my gown, or do you offer delivery?
You may pick up your gown by appointment or request door-to-door delivery for an additional travel fee.
